At Jalila, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

• Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
